I had a delightful stay at Grand Base Hiroshima Peace Memorial Park. The spacious Standard Twin Room offered ample comfort and well-maintained amenities, including a convenient washing machine. The location was perfect for visiting nearby attractions and savoring delicious local cuisine.

The location near Hiroshima Peace Memorial Park and local restaurants made exploring the city super convenient. I loved the spacious Standard Twin Room. it had a cozy seating area and fantastic amenities, like a washing machine and quality toiletries. The self-service check-in was efficient, but I had a bit of trouble scanning everyone’s passports on the iPad, which took longer than expected. Luggage storage after checkout was a plus, but I wished for a later check-out option since it was at 10 AM. Despite some minor hiccups, the room's cleanliness and comfort left a great impression on me. I'd definitely return for more.

The self-check-in process was straightforward once the Japanese instructions were navigated, leading to a smooth entry into the accommodations. The convenience of having a washing machine in the Family Suite made it easy to manage our family's laundry needs during our stay.

The bedding left a bit to be desired in terms of comfort, which could make it tough for a good night's sleep. The lockers provided for luggage storage were more like bike locks, so having your own lock or being cautious with your bags is a must. There's also no live assistance on site, so if something goes wrong, you're pretty much left to work it out on your own.

The homemade yogurt is a delightful treat! We also found great dining options nearby, like the Roti bakery for sweet pastries and Okonomiyaki Carp for mouthwatering savory pancakes. The location is superb with easy access to Peace Park and plenty of local eateries.

We tried to check in at 2:40 PM, but the computer said 'no. ' There's no flexibility since it's unmanned. If anything unexpected happens, you’re pretty much on your own, but everything else made up for it!

The apartment was thoughtfully equipped with laundry supplies, and the air conditioning kept us comfortable during the heat wave. Proximity to superb local dining and the Peace Park made it a perfect base for exploration.
